For New Version of Outlook.com

When someone wants to report emails which are suspected of hoax attempts when using the latest version of Outlook.com, then it is great to know that it requires more clicks as compared to the older version.
However, you need to be sure before clicking on the email that you want to report, and then follow the steps mentioned below:
1.     Click on the Junk tab. It is located at the top of the menu.
2.     By this hoax email will automatically send to your Junk folder.
3.     Alternatively, right-click on the email. And select Mark as Junk to kick it into the Junk folder.

·       Report Email as a Phishing Threat
Once when you are in the Junk folder, which is known as Junk Email, then
1.     Click on the email. You have recently sent to the folder.
2.     From the drop-down, click on the Not Junk option. It is located at the top of the menu option.
3.     Select Phishing.
Note: always keep in your mind that reporting an email doesn’t block the sender. Thus, it means that they can still send emails.

For Old Version of Outlook.com
